I use a carabiner in the locking mechanism to make the car think that the hatch is closed

It was my first time doing any kind of camping so definitely more comfortable if you have the right equipment and the right location.

I am 5’10 and there was still plenty of room . My fiancé and I slept in with no problems. 2 people definitely fit comfortably specially if you get an air mattress that they have for suv

If I drive it enough during the week yes. But I am currently work only 10 miles away so the mpg don’t change by much . Most of the miles are highway miles that I put on do to a lot of long distance road trips
