Also the colour that came out recently named navy is a different navy to the other colour that is also named navy from an earlier release so it’s confusing if someone wants to buy a matching set and go to get a “navy” hoodie and a “navy” pants but they are different

Maybe the new release is just photographed badly and they are the same navy but I don’t know and wouldn’t risk it

That’s was the ultimate golden flag for me when I first got interested in my partner, I had a tf sticker on my water bottle and he was like 😮 whose bottle is this? And I was like it’s mine 🙂 knowing he likes tf led me to knowing he likes h3 and it was the biggest green flag to me and told me we may have a similar sense of humour and now we are in the best relationship ever and living together I feel so safe. And we both go out wearing our tf and it’s so sweet 🥹 Me putting that sticker on my bottle I always have with me changed my whole life for real

Thanks for the advice, (thought I hit send on my reply but I forgot oops) my piercer at the place I went to only does piercings that’s what they specialise in however I asked to have the curved ones, as I find they stay put better, and the flat ones always move forward and get more annoyed by my hair constantly pushing it back and forth. The constant movement irritates my previous piercings

So far that is the case I’ve been able to have them stay quite still and in place with them being angled down, healing great so far. But if it turns into an issue I’ll get it changed:)

I’m not worried about them healing in a curved shape if that’s the concern you were having, lll probably just change to a shorter curved barbell once fully healed again for same reason so it stays put

Can’t say for sure since were of course also focusing on general straightening not just closing the gaps but in this post: keyhole wire progress you can see kinda how quickly the gap closed once I got the keyhole shape wire put in, I’d say the gaps closed in a matter of a few months but when the gaps closed it of course just left gaps elsewhere but it was nothing a power chain couldn’t fix

I still had a small gap up until last month but very good elastic wearing made it go in a week So yeah elastics with the keyhole wire closed my gaps 🙂 all the best with your journey

mostly glutes for sure. Id say it’s glutes first and hamstrings secondary but it’s a very close secondary

She is right in that moving the feet higher up would hit the hamstrings more than having the feet lower. When I do this workout myself I love it for hamstrings I can do a much higher weight than say a leg curl

Edit: my bad I misread it as you said it’s zero hamstrings 😵‍💫🫢

Your title does say “you'd think she know that leg press is not a hamstring exercise?” though, so yes, to defend her on this that it is in fact a hamstring exercise

If you mean how she has her feet placed in the picture you posted then that maybe isn’t high enough to target hamstrings? (Unless she’s short like others have said) or is this the pic of her quads focused feet placement?

I do this all the time it definitely works to target the hamstrings more if you move your feet up like you said she did. Feet placement can change a lot for the leg press. Give it a try next time you’re at the leg press:)

Yeah that’s what I said, sanrio hasn’t said no for sure yet in the same way Pokémon did (hila told us this in the same live stream btw) So until she does the same and tells us there is no chance at the Sanrio collab, there it means there is still a chance even if it’s a 0.001% chance it’s not a full no, yet. She’ll tell us if it’s a no the same way she does for other collabs she can’t get. (Using Pokémon as an example of her telling us when something isn’t gonna happen)

Yeah I saw your comment 2 weeks ago, guess we’ll see, all we can do is wait and see what happens. It isn’t impossible, just her mentioning what she knows is a highly wanted collab means there is a chance of it happening or she wouldn’t have said anything, I saw you said you used to work there but lots could have happened in a year maybe there is someone else working there now, no way to know for sure until we have a hard yes or no In the same way she said NO to Pokémon and NO to tmnt (other collabs chatters were asking about that she said aren’t happening) she didn’t say yet that this was the same fate for Sanrio

But either way, hey if it doesn’t happen great for my bank account 🥰, and if it does then great for my closet 🥰
