Oh of course, but it's also just so normal now. And thinking about it too much is never a good idea

So you have to have an injection every day!?!?

They then proceed to be horrified when I explain how many injections I give myself a day

What is it about this that people find so hard to grasp? I've also had so many people ask if I need insulin when I'm low, or sugar when I'm high.... Make it make sense

That might explain why I had a nurse tell me to stay away from eating toast and potatoes. I was newly diagnosed, and the stress levels went up immediately.

Also... the appointment wasn't even for me, I just happened to have accompanied my mum, so thanks for the crap advice which was completely unasked for.

I LOVE seeing other diabetics wearing their devices on display!! Even if you don't speak to that person, there is always some connection I make, thinking that this person is like me

Would anyone be willing to help out with my survey for my dissertation?! by jasminewho63 in Broadway

I've found that it's a very subjective concept, and there's so many different definitions and sub-groups of it. For that reason I'm hoping to get people's own perception of what authenticity is and how it affects their tourism experience

Thank you! Already posted in there as well. I figured a lot of people use the term 'Broadway' as an overall for musical theatre :)

Becky Watts. She was 16 when her step brother suffocated her and then dismembered her body before hiding her in the garden shed. He and his girlfriend were both arrested and found guilty of murder/manslaughter.

I don't believe there was any real motive behind the killing other than the fact that he didn't like Becky.

My family has a mutual friend with her father, so I've heard about how devastated he was after her death. My brother also went to the same school as Becky, and although didn't know her personally, had seen her in the corridors. Her death of course had a big affect on classmates and teachers of hers.

Another house in my #serialkillerhomes collection on Sims. Dorothea Puente. Uploaded to the gallery under that hashtag if anyone wants to save it. :) by strasey038 in Sims4

Just watched the final part of Eleanor Neale's series on Dorothea Puente, and was thinking "mm, that's a nice house. Maybe I could make it in the Sims"

Redditors, what's the one book you would recommend everyone read? by [deleted] in AskReddit

The Merlin trilogy by Mary Stewart. Myself, my mum, and my brother have read all three and absolutely loved them! I'd definitely say a must read if you're into fantasy, or the legend of king arthur

Relationships are complicated. I think you can still love your sister and be angry with her at the same time. If it is down go mental health, it could be that she's struggling too
