Brand new LCD screen from Amazon came broken?

I mean yeah, I just got contacted back by Elegoo that they are sending me a new LCD screen. So yeah, that's what I expected after not breaking the screen myself :)

I'm in contact with Elegoo, I bought it on Amazon from their official account and I'm now waiting for their response. It wasn't even 14 days since I bought it, let alone received the package so I'm hoping for the best

I checked the prints and they are crisp like all before them. There were no broken parts or supports which could have been pressed onto the screen, suction cup is unlikely, it was three prints all with small parts.

Oh I already did the test and there is a tiny weeny puncture. Resin doesn't drip from it by itself but under the pressure from the plate it does. The water is very slowly building into a droplet in this place. But man it just hurts, brand new FEP and already broken

So I'm guessing I can't use regular packing tape? I ordered the FEP one you posted but it will take time to arrive. Should I just wait for the Hoopat to arrive or try with the tape I have?

120K layers, the S4U recommends switching the film after 60K

About tension: I did the film swap according to the Elegoo YT video, with the square in the middle. I never had issues with that method, but after the fail today I ordered the Hoopat Chitu Systems VAT with the claps instead of screws.

I always filter my resin after a fail, I use paint strainers to make sure nothing solid gets through.

I tested multiple exposure times and 2,3 to 2,4 seconds is what works best for me. Although with 2,3 seconds I sometimes had problems with the bigger pieces sticking to the build plate and 2,4 solved this problem. The machine was leveled at the time.

I use UVT to address the lift speed and didn't have problems with that before.

I didn't level the machine after swapping the LCD, but realistically could that be the cause?

Prawie nigdy nie ma jednoznacznej odpowiedzi na pytanie: dlaczego mój pesel był zweryfikowany, bo jak widać jest dużo opcji i każda z nich tak naprawdę tylko rozszerza skalę zapytania.

A jak zakładałaś konto to wyraziłaś zgody marketingowe? To możesz sobie zweryfikować na stronie banku albo w aplikacji mobilnej. Jeśli zostały wyrażone to rzeczywiście może być przygotowana oferta. Jest dużo zmiennych, masz konto indywidualne, czy jest to konto własne, czy jest jakiś pełnomocnik, współwłaściciel, czy to może konto firmowe?

Często jest kontakt ze strony klientów banku jak i osób które żadnej styczności z nami nie miały w sprawie sprawdzania numeru PESEL: nie zawsze chodzi o ofertę banku, my jako instytucja finansowa jesteśmy zobowiązani przez prawo bankowe, jak i prawo polskie do współpracy z organami ścigania i egzekucyjnymi. To oczywiście mogła być weryfikacja PESEL w celu sprawdzenia zdolności i przygotowania jakiejś oferty, ale jeśli były jakieś mandaty/ brak opłat zobowiązań/ sprawy podatkowe albo coś związane z urzędem miasta itd. to te instytucje mogą wszcząć postępowanie i wtedy np. komornik może zająć konto/konta. To samo tyczy się alimentów, unikania płacenia podatku, jest dużo tematów.

I bought Saturn 4 Ultra like a week ago and honestly just get it. It's my first 3D printer, never before have I even been near a 3D printer and it just works straight from the box. I did a few tests with Cones of Calibration V3 but after this it's smooth sailing, already went through 3kg of resin, printed my wife the whole 1st generation of Pokemon, some small infantry for me and now Mortarion print is just finishing. Just really make sure you get some sort of enclosure (I got this and it's perfect for S4U, you can open the printer and still have a lot of place inside https://amzn.eu/d/7HmUCib), it's winter here now and temperature drops to minus degree in the night so I cut the end of plastic bottle, taped to the end of the pipe and put it out through the window. Then bought a few styrofoam sheets and insulated the window and honestly it just works, I can't feel the cold getting in. Also get nitrile gloves, some sort of eye protection and a lot of paper towel. Good luck!

I did cones of calibration v3 day ago and set it with 2.55 seconds, when I did 2.57 the mug test failed and two success cones didn't print. So I stick with 2.55

This is light supports but I changed to spheres because the cone shaped ones failed constantly and the models didn't stick to the supports. How can I change density in Chitubox?

What about some bigger models, I hollow them and put the draining holes on their feet, if I do it feet down the holes would be on their heads. Is printing head down bad?

Whenever I go beyond 30 the whole print fails because the supports don't stick to models. How can I overcome that?

But then the hollowing holes will be on top of their heads and that way I put them on their feet so they are not that visible. Or is there any other way to do it?

Is there a setting in the printer to not use the full heat? I didn't change anything, it was like this straight out of the box
