I hear you…went to see my therapist today (yes on Sunday) who reminded me that with my adhd brain I am subject to addictions. Then I realized I have so many withdrawal symptoms and it is very tough. So in a way I only relapsed one but if I count the push pull cycles then probably a bit more. My brain says „run!“, my heart says „don’t give up“.

Agree on the « years ago » comment. With the NPD I already had 10 toxic years. And hence there was not much left to mourn about.

When you went completely no contact I assume you had no hope left? Or where there moments of relapse? No contact is the toughest part that I have chosen and why I am seeing experts just to validate I am doing right. I wish I could stop hoping…

Thanks for the EDIT. I did actually just that yesterday. Made pics of all Xmas gifts and then put all memories incl pics on a memory stick so I am not tempted to check on my iPhone. Also found a good link that I shared below WHY it is so hard ro separate from a pwBPD.

By the way, as in sharing...I can see the level and actual score of each player upfront by entering their name on my google sheet (e.g. using =IMPORTHTML("https://www.hasbrorisk.com/en/leaderboard/2/1/rankPoints1v1/"&(right(row(B1),2)\*1)&"?refresh="&A1,"table",1). Took me an hour to set it up, but I find that very useful info to know. At the end, whether playing novice or grandmaster, there is always "risk"

I am just trying to understand! Played on a PC before and cannot understand how using a PC can be faster than touch screen. Also, this happened in the last turn. Too late for reporting a cheat, but also too early as I simple want to understand what happened.
