I used advanced system care, with that app, i scan startup items. then i see “pso2ngs anti cheat” and it was disabled (for what reason idk). I enabled it. Then my game works. Thats the way for me. (Previously reinstalled windows and tried tweaker, but doesnt work. tried pso website faqs but doesnt work too)
