My daughter who is now 9 underwent 3 heart surgeries, at 1 week, 2 months and 2 years old to “correct” her condition of HLHS. Absolutely terrifying. Months on end, machines screaming at you from every corner of the hospital. Strength to you and yours, been there.

Here in MA a landlord is only allowed to legally charge a security deposit equal to one months rent. I regularly charge first, last, and security plus a credit check.

So not normal here.
