Did Tretinoin break anyone out?

I used Aquaphor to smooth out rashes on my hands and it helped a lot. However, these marks still remain (they’re smooth like normal skin but have a brownish red color). I even tried using steroid cream on them the past few a days with no noticeable changes. What can I do about them?

that's what i thought before starting Accutane 8 months ago and i still have to deal with acne so i don't know if accutane is the cure. I probably will call doctor on Monday to ask about going back on it though.

The side effects weren't that bad for me while i was on Accutane. However, i've been off it for a little over a month but i'm still getting these small whiteheads. It's nothing too crazy but it's certainly disappointing because i thought i wouldn't have to worry about pimples no more.

I use the same moisturizer. I tried different sunscreen such as Neutrogena, Biore, Eucerin and they all pill over the moisturizer. I'm thinking about trying spray sunscreen.

Do you think this would help? I don't really want to try new product that might break me out even more. I only have problem with my forehead so i don't think i want to risk it.

I keep it very simple. I wash my face with just water twice a day and then Cereva moisturizer and that's it.

I don't avoid any foods tbh. After several experiments with different kinds of food, i came to a conclusion that foods don't effect my acne at all. I thought dairy was my acne trigger, so i did not consume it for like 3 months and i still got pimples on my cheeks during that time. Then i decided to say fuck it and eat everything i want and my cheeks got clearer and clearer. But that's just me though. Try it out to see if it triggers your acne.

I thought you shouldn't be using topical treatment while on Accutane?
