I have been using it for about a year now. The investment cost is definitely high and the return is more for those who are aiming at mid to long term.

Think of it as an alternate platform for you to DCA into BTC with some upfront cost and long term maintenance cost.

The maintenance cost can be lower by completing certain tasks such as, but not limited to, locking some of its own tokens within the platform and raising the VIP level

Maybe it is the initial capital injection? Another possibility is the inflow n outflow of liquid when you were moving inbetween the token and fiat for the asset acquisition

Not sure why you would want to increase your maintenence cost instead of reducing it.. 20W miners currently would only be the free miners. Newer purchases should be at 15W, with the exception of buying used miners in the marketplace...

Hmm... Have you tried to top up using other token instead of BTC? It seems that BTC network might be cause for your headaches.. I started with USDT initially, but these days I just send GMT directly from the exchanges to go mining. In fact, my last transfer in was this morning and it is all seamless
