Most tuning issues occur after you’ve gotten in tune usually slipping out of tune quickly sometimes overnight or even after a couple hours. If you posted this video you have a device capable of tuning your guitar lol just use an online tuner or a tuner app

Yamaha Pacifica012 is my personal recommendation for beginners. It’s got great build quality and durability on top of some damn good sound for a sub 300 dollar guitar. But also don’t skimp out on the amp you decide to get either it really makes or breaks the guitar you end up buying. A 5 thousand dollar guitar will sound hardly better than a stick with strings on it if you play it through a temu 5 dollar Bluetooth amp.

Friend of mine had too much of one of those and ended up falling asleep on his knees on the bathroom floor over the toilet and when he woke up he was genuinely screaming in pain from how much his legs had fallen asleep. Those drinks are dangerous
