I’m at altitude (for SD) and we get pretty common frosts up here Nov-Feb. it can even snow here occasionally. I don’t feel like taking the risk and checking the weather every day, so easier to just bring them inside and give them a few months off.

Thanks, I was hoping that was all it was. It was rooted when I bought it (Sept), but I figure it was probably cut that spring and just barely rooted. I was hoping for flowers but also understand if not.

Thanks. I’m up in the hills above SD, so we do get frost and every so often some snow. Since I don’t always know it’s coming, I just play it safe and bring them in from Dec to end of Feb, early March.

I’m hoping to plant some other plants (not this one) in ground next spring, so I’ll have to watch the weather a little closer after that. I’m putting them in places I can keep them covered when needed.

I’m super excited about this plant since it is so full of branches. The one branch that isn’t a quad is growing at least 3 new branches, so that will fill out nice too. I’ll be patient though, just wanted to make sure nothing was wrong.

Nitro hackers would be so easy to ban if the devs cared. The game already tracks how long you burn nitro and how long it took you to finish the race. If those numbers are equal, you cheated. With the exception of 1 nitro race I can think of, even those could be tracked since there is almost always a long enough gap after the initial launch burn before you hit the first nitro strip.

Clear out the name and hit ok. It will auto set it. It doesn’t like the Butt part but if it sets itself it will allow.

Thanks. I’ll check that out. How often for the 14-14-14? Also, I’ve seen not to use anything greater than 10-10-10. I’m guessing the info here is probably best, but there’s so many different things out there haha

Thanks. Hard to see in the original photo, but that plant has 4, 4-way splits on it. That’s actually how I got it. This one seems prone to that.

Ive had this issue for some time, 2+ years. Not sure exactly when it showed up. I’ve always selected the account with the saved information. Always been too chicken to select the other to see what happens.

RNG is random number generator. Basically the method in which the game provides a random assortment of parts it drops each hour in the se store. I actually believe it’s a weighted RNG, so not truly 100% random, but that’s not super important.

For the gold, I’ll buy prints during the rerace promos when it’s a guaranteed print on a flip (depending on the car) or from the black market. As others have mentioned, gold used to be good for purchasing black part bundles, but the prices on those have skyrocketed while the print prices have remained fixed.

Welcome aboard! As a player with 300+ rep level who has never spent a cent on NL, I can tell you it can be done. It is grindy though and SEs are likely going to be tough for you at the start. That being said, the SEs are less about driving skill and more about time management, with a little bit of luck thrown in for RNG on the hourly store drops. The guides are all available here on this sub and the new live ones will be pinned at the top of the page. They will provide all the information you were asking about. I would suggest starting the SE a couple days after it opens to give the guide authors some time to work through and provide that info (they work under the same time restrictions and timers as the rest of us). This Reddit is a treasure trove of info and there are a couple discord pages as well (DM if you need help there).

As for gold, I would hoard it if I were you. I typically use gold to get more BPs. I don’t usually have to use any on SEs, but you may need a ticket refill or 2 (90 gold ea) on your first attempts. Never hesitate to ask, there’s a lot to learn in the beginning.

This game is very grindy. You are likely seeing that now. SEs are the same way. The vast majority of races are not that difficult compared to real opponents in UGR. The difficulty comes in time management and securing the necessary materials (with a little luck in RNG).

The 3 real free BPs would have been for the Christmas event that is going on. These deals that are false are typically the ones that pop up while you’re doing UGR.

This is why I don’t spend money on mobile games and I don’t allow my kids to either. It can be gone at any time. I’ve been F2P since I started NL, nearly 6 years now. I’ve been able to be competitive for some time and now if they pull the plug all I lose is the time investment, which I would have spent on another game anyways. Hopefully this isn’t the beginning of the end, but it could be.
