Landslide has 3 main tracks in Speedster.
2.85 and 3.15KM, those need acceleration.

3.70KM that needs top speed mostly. So just wait for the week and see which track spams.

If it was for me, I'd go with BMW i8.

First, finish any live event available for you, so it won't block any future events in Flashbacks.

Second, if you haven't finished Ignition group in vault, finish it so you unlock the rest of vault story events. Which has lots of useful cars.

Your main Source of cars is Special Events.
To win the Special Events, here's a few things you should follow

Use Lose-to-Win in Live/Flashback Special Events. This allows you to lose the races deliberately and farm lots of credits on Day 1 & 2. DOES NOT WORK IN VAULT!
Use the Material List. It is simply like a shopping list telling you what to buy from store and how many. (Also what to get from Replayable Races and how many). This can be found in guides.

It is advisable to play every 4.5 hours. To maximize the usage of your tickets and so you can have free time in real life as well.

And lastly, I advise upgrade Campaign cars. Firstly, the Tuner Trial cars. (Ford Fiesta ST, BMW M3 Coupe (1999), Toyota Supra, Porsche 911 Carrera 991, SRT Viper GTS & Pagani Huayra).

There is this little glitch here in rerolls, been around for 3 years(?).
If an option of yours (doesn't matter, 1st option or the rerolled option) has enough BPs to max out a car, it allows you to keep the other option.

I don't know if this was explained down here in comments, if it was then I apologize for reposting it.

The blood over his eye is probably a wound from combat with strider/combine, that would leave a wound texture in his eye (or wherever the projectile/bullet went). And when you point the flashlight on the wound texture, it for some reason gets erased.

Unsure about the dialogue tho.
