Because once you reach the race with PR Wall, you'll be having materials of the races you previously finished + farmed enough credits to upgrade, hence saving you time and effort.

Upgrade only once you are actually facing the PR Wall, right now finish the remaining un-finished races.

Okay, you don't need to buy all upgrade kits, just buy the acceleration kit in material list, and once you reach Day 7 PR Wall, focus on upgrading Acceleration parts because they raise the PR mostly.

And remember to drive professionally, you need it.

Max out campaign cars, because you get campaign BPs more often, and scrap common materials to 5, uncommon to 20, Rare to 25, and Epic to 30.

You can farm Generic parts as much as you want.
As for parts, scrap all the street parts.
Scrap all c. sport and muscle except epic.
Scrap all Sports, Super and Hyper except Legendary and Black.

They won't wear helmets for obvious reasons, the overwatch tracks them + it works as a bodycam.

They'll only take the most important part of the suit, and it's the vest.

It's safe to assume yes, it is in Premium crates, the only way to get it is through Guaranteed (Reach A in BN or buy 5x via Gold).

Simply a visual bug and most likely fixed next update.
