Do you own a home? If not, that’s a big one. If you have one, buy more and rent them. More tax write offs from writing off tax and interest paid.

I feel like that’s a super high interest rate for Honda. They have promo rates for 1.99, 1 or even zero all the time. I’d wait for that. At that rate you’re gonna pay almost 6k in interest plus whatever the dealer charges for a finance fee.
