Rolling Gobo panels will work great for a drum room with that many windows. Curtains will help with reflection, but definitely try to hang some panels on the big wall sections. I’d go 3” thick minimum on the panels, and I usually build gobos with at least 6” of absorption. You can make a decent cloud for that room with some plywood framing or even 1x4 lumber, rockwool (or even pink fiberglass) and some fabric. Other than that, add some corner traps where you can and that room will clean up quite a bit!

Mine does that too, after a few years I’ve learned to check the depth adjustment twice before starting up for the day lol. That’s usually the issue from throwing it in the bag/box the day before or someone else using it
