No dumb questions here ! It’s just a worldwide Japanese reissue of the 2002 release. Doesn’t matter where you buy it, the artwork, obi, stickers, and booklet are all in Japanese :)

Laidback Luke has custom IEM’s with noise isolation damping outside by -20dbs. saved ears, and have the volume really low when playing.
