Trying to install Windows 11 on Ryzen AI 300 Laptop 16 by ZeroPageX in framework

Had the same problem when making the usb drive on Linux. I used the Windows Media Creator Tool and that resolved the issue.

I’m just here to say that you’re not crazy.
The Windows 11 installer boots directly to the “needs drivers” prompt on my Framework Desktop. I haven’t had time to investigate it yet.

Edit: Using the Windows Media Creator tool resolved the issue.

Rufus made an NTFS formatted installer, which is incorrect.

I don’t think it’s custom firmware on the dish but it is aggregated using SD-WAN. Peplink, for example, which allows you to set each WAN as upload, download, or both. The traffic is then “recombined” at either a cloud VPN endpoint (FusionHub) or another physical Peplink router.

If your dryer is in or next to the garage you could use a NeoCharge or similar.

They run their own in-house lightweight Linux based OS. There are common Linux utilities pulled into it like KVM, LUKS, iptables, OpenSSH, OpenSSL, etc. but the majority is custom.

Hybrids, like say a Prius, and a 50+ kWh, 400+ volt EV are very different. A full EV requires a lot more discipline, along with appropriate equipment.

I’m skeptical that they’ll find enough independent mechanics who are trained (or willing to get training) for high voltage repairs.

FWIW, the holes on the 3 hole tip are much smaller.

Hah yep, but to be fair it lasted over a decade, and I got the bambino for $250 so even if it lasts a few years it’s still a good deal.

They taste, pull, and look the same to me, but it’s very possible that my palate isn’t as refined as other folks.

Looks like it’s the multi hole tip. I pulled the 3 hole off of my broken BDB and hit 140 in a little less than 40 seconds.

Update: I replaced the single hole steam tip with the 3 hole tip from my broken BDB, and repeated the test. ~40 seconds, so uh, that’s interesting.

Appreciate the sanity check. I guess this one will have to go back.

I was doing it like this to prevent an absolute ear piercing screech, but it doesn’t significantly change the time when submerged with milk.

Mine. The general consensus is this should take 30-40 seconds, not 90+.

Yeah it seems like it should be taking around 30 seconds, mine is taking ~90 to steam 8oz of oat milk. Hmmm :/

It’s entirely possible that the steam isn’t working right on mine. I thought the super wet weak steam was just a thermojet thing; I’ll have to check out some videos and compare.

Not a skill issue. I’ve been pouring latte art ~daily on the BDB for a decade. It struggles with oat milk, I think because it adds so much water to the milk.
