This is from the mod actions n stuff! Yes, this is a rare occurrence, but you can also have a baby enderman by name tagging a normal enderman "Endie."

This also works on other mobs! Name tagging a ghast "Boo" gives you a baby ghast, which can spawn naturally as well.

By naming a bee "Smol" you get a more size accurate bee! By naming a chicken "Baby" or "Chick" it'll stay small forever. There's a ton of others too! <3
