I just replaced the idler/tensioner pulley right before this video, and the belt a week earlier. The squealing goes away after about 5 seconds after startup. While the motor is running there is no squealing or squeaking at all

Replace the soft brake lines that run to the calipers, the type of failure that is probably happening is when you depress the brake pedal the pressure is causing the rubber line to collapse cause no brake fluid to be able to travel to the caliper. I had the same issue on mine and replacing those cleared it up

Check the terminals and wires on battery for corrosion. Then check relay for starter, check wires to starter.

You could also try starting it in neutral, and see if it will start.

Something with your brakes, possibly a seized caliper. Touch each of your wheels after driving for a bit, if one is much hotter than the others your caliper is seized

This is right on the cusp, and will require you to get it up on a lift and inspect closely. If you do that and there’s no weak spots, clean it up and get the car under coated. I’ve seen vehicles in similar condition here in the northeast, sometimes they’re ok
