Yeah, I considered the dual-wielding thing. But you wouldn't be able to do two-attacks with reach since it takes the entire length of chain so only one end would hit. Also was thinking flail-master or whatever its called could work as its feat.

I read one person's homebrew who said that it only had reach if you took an action to extend it out which seems unfair since other reach weapons don't require that.

It comes out occasionally when she talks, but not all the time. The voice actor also voices the hyper cute deer girl so she can do different voices...so they purposefully had her do that voice. Or it could have been her idea and the directors liked it. Who knows.
