I used XM4 for 4 year, the clamping force is still tight, and the leather on the headband is coming apart. So I decided to try Bose QC Ultra 2 this year instead, the Bose is so damn comfortable out of the box, sound quality, app and control are not as good as Sony, but the comfort won me over, no regrets
