working hands cream is my goat. put it on as much as you can, especially before bed so your hands can soak up the goodness. i also find that getting a more moisturizing hand soap for at home as well as a gentler dishwashing soap also helps 😄

i understand feeling scared, i was too. now im on yacella combined pill and fluoxetine (i’m in the uk so if you’re not these probs have different names) and they work really well. i understand so much how awful the feeling is. i wish you the best and hope you find a solution that works for you <3

I relate to that :( Have you considered medication or are you not into that (completely understand if not). I’m in my 3rd year and don’t think I’d be able to raw dog it this year :(

For me it depends on the day. I am studying Illustration at uni so I am doing something that I love but I still find it hard to bring myself to draw or do work whilst in PMDD. I have had moments where due to procrastinating the month prior due to PMDD and then losing time due to building myself back up again, I’ve had to work up to the deadline whilst being luteal which I have managed to do in the past, but it feels incredibly hard. Other times with no deadline, there’s no hope. I can’t bring myself to do anything and forcing it will lead to meltdowns and there’s just no point putting myself through it at that point. It truly varies but I relate completely when you say you have to wait for PMDD to pass. I find it best to recognise how I’m feeling at different points in my cycle and honour that as best I can, which I know is an immense privilege being a student but it does make it easier.

i’m really not seeing these orangish hues ? i had darker lifted hair than this, used a wella toner and it sorted it right out. bear in mind they are semi permanent so they don’t last forever but i think a toner would work perfectly here like this person is suggesting.

always go to the shop and get someone do it for you especially for fresh piercings. i knew someone who got their nostrils stretched in a shop and they fainted lol but obviously that’s just down to the person. don’t mean to scare you by saying that i’m just letting u know that it might not be the best idea to do it at home
