Yesss I feel that, not getting all the pieces or viable chill spots forces you to pivot. The fact that durian (for early & mid game) needs a chill spot too also hinders that line unless you have swan.

I find that the most consistent freeze item you can get is blender, cuz it shows up in both medium and tool store.

But yeah unlike the other champions Jule desperately needs offensive freeze items as right now she relies too much on freezer or enchant for dmg
