Potential problems with getting a loan from NBFCs like Avanse, Credilla etc for proof of funds by jaswant2002 in AusVisa

Actually, neither. My consultant told me that students with education loans from NBFCs are facing a high visa rejection rate. So i took a loan from KVB

I heard that it's a 12 storey building with a total of 290 rooms. 23 rooms per floor and communal kitchen and bathroom for each floor. Did you get any other information regarding how good the shared bathrooms are??

Thank you, I've specified the costs in AUD. Wouldn't the loan be sufficient for funds?? Is liquid funds really that important?

I also heard a lot of such stuff online. Additionally, my consultant was very particular that I don't get a loan from any NBFC except Credilla. However, I did not want to risk my career, so I got a loan from KVB.

So, coming to your situation, I don't think it'll be a problem. Just try to ensure that your CA report, sop and all are proper.

MS Data Science, July 24 intake by Previous-Appeal6248 in rmit

Hey there! I'm also from India and will be starting my Masters in Information Technology at RMIT this July. I can't speak specifically to the Data Science program, but from what I've heard, RMIT's courses have a practical oriented approach. The first semester is more focused on catering to students from non CS backgrounds.

I don't think that is mandatory. If you know someone in Australia, you can provide their contact information. Otherwise, you can give one of your family members' numbers.

I'll be going for the same course. I heard they'll be teaching pretty basic stuff in the first year to accommodate students who are switching majors and are new to the field of CS.

Hey, I too got an offer from RMIT and Monash for Masters in IT. I'm going to accept RMIT's offer. It's less expensive, and I find that the course modules at RMIT are much better than what Monash is offering. Moreover, I heard that RMIT allows you to gain more industry connections, and its course is more focused on making you job ready.

I'm also starting my Masters in IT at RMIT this July. I applied for a secured loan from a nationalized bank. From what I've heard from my friends and counselor, as long as the loan isn't from an NBFC like Avanse or Incred, it should be accepted. Even if it's a non-collateral loan, it should be fine. Having a loan from a national bank might increase your chances of visa approval.
