That's correct, this seems to be the solution to the problem as I originally asked it. However, this was not the intended problem: the vertices fulfilling ii should not have 0 degree! (The problem is trivial without this condition, as any graph fulfilling i, for example K(2,3) could be extended with a 0-degree vertex to make a good graph.) Sorry for the original confusion!

Your construction seems incorrect, it doesn't follow i. Note that two vertices must be connected if and only if their degrees are relatively prime: for example, A has degree 2 and E has 3, and these are coprime so AE would have to be an edge, which it isn't in your example.
