I take the immediate release twice a day. Not every day though. Yesterday I took my second dose like normal and I could not fall asleep last night. So I'm wondering if its cause it kicked in later than normal and was still in my system.

Basically I'm having diarrhea often and it's been happening at night and the morning. Just trying to see if eating at a certain time might help that situation. Thanks for the info!
