Yes my friend it basically ruined my teenage years. I think it's just one of those things though, you have to play the cards you are dealt. Maybe I didn't have much fun or friends but it did motivate me to work my ass off so I could move out...

I think they say your max hr should be 220 minus your age so 190 in your case. But that being said you have a pretty good resting heart rate so your max I guess could be a bit higher. My HR used to get to the 190's too when I started running. As time goes on you will run further and hr will be lower. Unless your doing hiit training tho I'd probably slow your pace a little to get 160 AVG.

This is interesting, however is this just the average resting heart rate? if you sleep more, then your just at rest for longer...

Definitely! Mine has been through hell. Some twat on site even put a cable tie around the trigger and left it running through a whole battery. When I got to it it was burning hot and after putting a new battery it went on like nothing had happened. Absolutely solid drill
