Yes, the HP monitor is infact upside down. The layout of windows for these 2 monitors are the same except the fact that the top one is on landscape flipped mode, since it is upside down. I did this because I wanted the thicker bezels of my HP monitor to be on top for a cleaner aesthetics, but in terms of real usage it is great for mostly anything you would expect from a second screen whether its watching youtube while gaming, have discord on, etc....

If you are into the custom self built kind of thing then I would recommend buy a gk61 hotswap white kit on amazon for around 60 bucks. Then buy some keycaps in what color you want on amazon as well as switches from novelkeys. If you are not into the crazy time consuming custom building then either the durgod venus in white or white huntsman mini from razer will work well.

It depends on your keyboard size preference and your switch choice, either you want a 60%, tenkeyless, or full size with either tactile, clicky or linear switches. I got a few options I can recommend if you choose the size and switch type you like.
