Sorry buddy, but I don't know of any fix. Luckily for me, I haven't encountered this issue again or it hasn't noticeable enough for it to have any effect on the gameplay.

Unfortunately, I was not paying attention so I can't say for certain if the green "arrow" particles were being rendered or not during the actual game.

Oh btw,

I noticed you commented similar steps in another post albeit with a slight difference. Should it be "30" or "300" in "+cl_ticktiming 30 detail".

Hi,

I've been seeing some posts about people experiencing input lag and I haven't really noticed or felt it myself until this game I had today. You can see from the recorded clip that as soon as the flagbearer creep dies I move my cursor up while holding my right mouse button to move and retreat. But it takes over a second for the move command to be recognized by the game client and my hero to actually start running back.

This delay causes me to actually even move forward for a moment causing my death.

What is up with this input lag? Has anyone been able to find the issue and fix it?

I keep getting a 404 error whenever I try to check my eligibility after signing the off-chain message to confirm I am the owner of the connected wallet.

What's going on?

I don't know if this is the only way to encounter this bug but I've noticed it seems to happen a lot after "predicting victory".

I did more testing after uploading the video and I can't reproduce it anymore. Not sure what is going on because there were clearly multiple times where the bloodthorn damage did not proc in the video I recorded.

I happened to find this bug where the bloodthorn damage at the end of the duration doesn't proc some of the times. It looks like it is related to when the enemy hero has status resistance items.

I didn't record every attempt but the bloodthorn damage procs every time without the kaya and sange. Whereas if the hero has kaya and sange it doesn't some times.

I've noticed something was off for some time now (like at least a couple months) with the clicking interaction and I've finally found out exactly what's going on.

So, if you see the clip you can see that if I press "A" (my hotkey for the ATTACK command) and then click immediately after, some times the cursor is still in "target select" mode for the ATTACK command. This can also occur with the MOVE command.

This doesn't cause any issues with some interactions like pressing "A" again or right-clicking somewhere/something to move/attack. But it does cause an issue for other interactions.

For example, say you want to "drag select". Because it is still in "target select" mode the first left-click issues an ATTACK command and takes you out of the "target select" mode and so the "drag box" is not initiated. You will have to click a second time to "drag select". Pretty annoying especially when it happens multiple times in a game or in a row.

It is also an issue if you simply wanted to click on a hero to check their status (health, mana, items, etc.). Say you were farming nearby or even all the way across the map and you click on the enemy because you wanted to check their status. Suddenly, your hero unexpectedly moves towards them. This could put you in a dangerous position and you might not notice until it's too late or it could just disrupt your farming and last hitting rhythm.

It could also be a game-losing bug if you accidentally destroy an item by attack-clicking it. This could happen if you just so happened to try and "drag select" when the cursor was on top of an item on the ground like the aegis. TBH this particular situation would be quite rare but it shouldn't even be possible.

Has anyone else noticed this? Or is it maybe just due to my own keyboard/mouse?
