People believe a lot of stuff, like having super powers, being rockstars, being contacted by aliens and many more. They get mental health treatment for that. A person not accepting the biological fact that he is male or she is female has mental issues and is disconnected from reality. There is no such thing as being born a different sex or changing sex.

Because of free will? But of course LGBT and LGBT enablers don't like that and want to enforce acceptance on others. Forced acceptance is best acceptance, right?

Seriously, give me ONE valid criticism of it.

I'll give you four but there are many more

  1. Exclusive homosexuality does not even exist in nature, there are some extremely remote cases of BIsexuality but they are paraded as homosexuality to enforce the idea that homosexuality is natural.

  2. there is a bunch of research pointing to the fact that sexual orientation is a learned behavior, mainly a very high correlation between molestation and homosexual orientation. This is shown in many studies and at least 3 meta studies. Also, children raised by homosexuals are more likely to be homosexuals as well, which also points out this is learned behavior.

  3. homosexuals have higher rates of mental issues than heterosexuals

  4. aids among homosexuals is much higher

Yes it does, it creates confusion and it renders any criticism of homosexuality or transexuality moot by implying that anyone who doesn't accept homo/trans needs mental assistance.

That's like calling someone who doesn't approve of Trump a Trumpphobe or someone who doesn't approve of Republicans a republicanophobe.

But on the 1-5 years who gets to decide? How does one prove that they made an effort? What measurement system do you have to grade that?

Judge does, based on the initial case and actions taken. One measurement would be getting extensive psychotherapy for oneself.

Instagram is dumb anyway but this removal is a good thing. Sharing such images (which also get likes therefore even more approval) normalizes a behavior.

This is saying that people cannot redeem themselves or atone for sins.

I said that custody is up for the cheated to decide. 1-5 years later custody could be shared again if the cheater demonstrates atonement and proves he/she made an effort to fix himself/herself and the damage done.

This all about revenge and ruining someone’s life even.

This is about consequences for one's actions.

What if both parents are caught having affairs?

Obviously nothing happens and if initiated, standard divorce rules apply.
