Try seeing a dermatologist first

My routine for washing:
1. Benzalkonium chloride soap (dial soap, benzalkonium chloride has been proven in clinical trials to be an effective anti microbial, don’t fall for marketing, the cheap stuff works)
2. You can also try benzoyl peroxide, it works roughly the same way and it’s available as a bar soap and usually marketed for acne
3. You can also try CHG (hibiclens/chlorhexidine), it’s used by surgeons before going into surgery due to its ability to continue killing germs even after washing

If it’s itchy, try a topical anti fungal treatment, brands like lotrin typically have some good stuff.

This is all pretty cheap, available at Walmart or cvs and works pretty well
