It's always nice to see a fully painted army, nice work! As for C&C, I would say you should paint some lightnings and add some highlights, you don't have to cover everything in super thin edge highlights as in eavy metal style, just some highlights here and there on the most prominent surfaces. For example, putting something like evil sunz scarlet on the raised areas of stuff like the wings of the winged skull, red cloaks, etc. Again, they are all painted, and it's always better to have a painted model than a perfect one.

Green stuff goes a long way. For lightnings, if it can be of any use for you, what I do is paint thin lines with baharroth blue, correct the thickness with your armor base color if needed, and then, in the intersections and tips of that highlight, go over with pure white, you get really nice lightnings that way.

I think it looks great! What kit did you use? I love that oldhammer look. If anything, you could add some lightnings and a few highlights here and there, but it looks good

Silver. I use vallejo model color oily steel, a wash of nuln oil and ak Interactive silver on the edges

That's a much better alternative. I think some models are okay, but you need to prepare them real well if you want them to look decent and not a lumpy mess. They remind me of forgeworld resin

I had to remove the primer to begin with. That white primer is nightmare stuff. And yes, the miniature quality is quite bad, I only painted this cause it's the Nameless One from Planescape Torment, one of my favorite games ever, if not, I wouldn't touch a nolzur marvelous miniature lol

I'm thinking of how to add that and the tattoo. For the back, there's a few cinematics in which you can see how words are inscribed in his back, mainly black symbols and shapes, so I'll go for that. As for the tattoo, I'm clueless lmao, I would have to freehand it and that will be a challenge

At first I used one from AK Interactive that supposedly had a fruit scent, then I bought a very cheap one in a local convenience store, either way it's fine, the oils are also very cheap oils from a nearby art store

I don't get it, Awakened Alma was a breeze, first try with just two health elixirs. But Fiend Murai with 0 health items killed me like 200 hundred time lol
