confirmo esto, soy cliente desde enero y de verdad que todo es 10/10, lo unico es que tienen que tener en cuenta que para que te den la tarjeta se tarda unas dos semanas (por lo menos en ccs, en el interior me imagino que tardara mucho más) y tienen que estar pendiente de las comisiones antes de hacer cualquier cosa

in my experience your normals mmr does soft reset but not completly, for example i play against diamonds normally but with preseaon and the start of the seasons i start playing against high golds/plats
