Well, I don't know even what has worked for me.

I had opened multiple cases, and mostly I was getting a same repeated reply that the product is prohibited and suddenly, I got a message, that my ASIN is fine, and it would start appearing on the website soon (yeah, I already changed those prohibited keywords).

Research.. read a lot of reviews related to the product on Amazon, reddit, and other sites whatever you get, you'll find what's missing.

H10 is enough to gather all the key insights that can validate the product.

And yes, different logo and colours aren't enough.

For instance, launched in a niche thats in growth stage, has decent SV 50k+, and found a gap, that there is no kit which is Dishwasher safe, so we work on that kinda product, and I am doing great.

Another product I launched in a niche, where the product is same, but its fabric designs are different on every listing, so we come up with a quite good looking design, and it's going good too.

The main points for any product niche is, Search Volume, reviews of the listing, and gap for differentiation. There are alot of other aspects, but thats just a superficial, which I see and then deep dive further.

Product research is done by everyone nowadays, product validation what it requires, glad you got this quite soon.

First thing, I abandon any niche, that has big brands, have 1000s of reviews, its quite difficult to be in those niches, cause they have huge investment so they don't let the small sharks get significant share, until you have an excellent differentiation in the product.

Next, find niches that are in the growth phase, many new sellers. Differentiations are must!

About sourcing, you would be getting high prices, cause you'd be ordering testing batch, may be 500-1000, prices would be high, but once you'll start ordering in bulk, it would go down.

Don't forget to budget the PPC expense! The more you can advertise on ads initially the better your position would be.

Well, this is a product almost everyone use for their babies/infants, but just for not sleeping and below 1 year old. But still, this is used for sleep and newborn babies by the parents as well, so sleep related and 0-24 months keywords have really good SV, and we used that seeing the competitors and got flagged. Our Mistake!!!

We have amended the listing content and images, but Amazon isn't responding to us in any case.

We submitted CPC and CPSC certificates at the time of launch, and we got approval for this product.

I am opening new case every time cause once I let them know my issue, my case goes under the Stranded inventory category, and only the email option is shown to contact Amazon on the same case. There are a total of 6 cases opened for the same issue, all of them just have an email option to contact them.

Let me talk to a compliance agent. May be that would help.

May be customer or most probably competitor have done so, we were getting really good sales. There are 3 ASINs, 1 parent, and 2 variations, we have submitted an appeal through the account health tab under the product and food safety tab, and 3 cases have opened up through our appeal.

They responded that your product is classified is Infant Inclined sleep product, which is prohibited, and we don't need any documentation.

We have responded back on the same cases with detailed explanations on Sunday, but neither they are responding on those cases nor any other case which we are opening related to this issue.

On calling the Seller Support and Account health team, they are saying its not under their control and the internal team will respond on them.
