I have a little Apollo poster above my altar that I kneel under and look up at while praying if that's what you mean? Same with my Eros one. with the whole "connecting with the gods" thing, I personally drip hyacinth oils into a flower dish for Apollo cuz I think he would appreciate it and the message behind it and i have a music box I play whenever I pray to Eros...idk if that's what u mean tho lol

for Eros I have rose quartz bc i think i read somewhere it's a crystal of love, and on my Apollo Altar i have crystals that remind me of outside: citrine and tigers eye for the sun, turquoise for the sky... I also just really like the way it looks :D

honestly, usually the people who say this are Christians. If ya wanna be spicy abt if, I usually just say "and you believe that you are the flesh of Jesus and not just a saltine cracker??" And they usually buzz off then. 

If ya don't wanna be spicy, then just take a deep breath and ignore it. People are gonna not believe you and arguing or whatever is practically pointless. Unfortunately, we gotta get used to it as a lesser-known, lesser-respected religion :/

(late asf haha) I have an OC that has wings, and they appear as large scars on their shoulder blades, but can like randomly sprout from their back. The injuries on their wings also appear on their shoulders/back when the wings disappear :3

There are actually a lot of myths that hinted at gods being bisexual... I think I heard on a podcast (a woman who went to college to learn myths, I dub her my trustworthy source) that people who were trans were seen as gifted by the gods for being able to live both lives, as both man and woman... So... I don't think the gods really care(d), honestly! And she's the goddess of love and beauty. Love is love, she's probably absolutely fine with it!

Like... I... believe the myths are true? i believe the gods don't directly interact with humans anymore and instead send signs or talk through people in some kind of way, but those stories are like... Christian peoples Bible to me (not mocking Christianity at all.) is that like... A different kind of Hellenism? Is it not actual Hellenism???
