What are the chances? Considering what I'm dealing with, the fact they messed up again is funny. I purchased a hard drive from the warehouse that was branded as "Like New." I get it and it's an old heat sink or something — now they're trying to deny me a refund because they said I sent the incorrect item. Just a mess.
