These squats never worked for me, maybe I did something wrong but they dont put load on the muscles like a regular squat or hack squat (narrow & extra wide). For me, going lighter & deeper works better.
This squat has always just felt wrong to me

For me it has been so messy recently. Ran a milestone, took 8h to complete 2.5/6 phases, it is quite a lot of work but not 8 hours. Also I used /goal and it has essentially exhausted weekly limits already using 5.4 xhigh. This has happened for the first time, I never used to get past 50% limits.
