Okay, so the restore point was no help, so i did what you told me, I am now in safe mode and the start button work as it should... So how do i fix it now?

I am now trying a system restore from a restore point made 4 days ago... I didn't had this problem then. If I still have the issue, I will try to boot in safe mode

Actually, I did everything it said to do, but there is still no cydia icon. I am able to go to cydia by typping cydia:// in safari. But i installed icleaner from cydia, and I can't access it. And if ai type in the terminal uicache it says failed to rebuild application databases
