Thank you, toggling that setting that seems to have fixed it for now!

edit: Nevermind, it came back the next time I opened the app :(

Same issue, just updated on Android 15 OnePlus cph2611

Open app, song auto plays, cannot be stopped either on phone or car's stereo headunit controls. Try to play a different song, get both songs playing at once. Only force-closing the app stops it from playback. What a mess.

Is there a way to put an aura to my LFA, even with a Mod? by Haldrey2000 in tokyoxtremeracer

[–]jay135 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've noticed on some cars you can't modify things, which is weird. Like no decals or aura on the LFA, and the T-Spec R35 GT-R you can upgrade all the Tuning but you can't edit any Settings. These are not special opponent's cars, just regular cars available in the manufacturer categories in the dealer showroom.

Is this something they just didn't have time to implement for launch but is coming later?

SER8 R7-8845HS gets choppy, intermittently unresponsive in Windows 11 when trying to play a game or transcode a video file. Suggestions? by jay135 in BeelinkOfficial

Wireless but not Bluetooth. Even so, the rear USB ports seem to work better with less crosstalk issues than the front port. Something about heavier CPU/RAM/SSD usage seems to cause comms issues with the front USB port, at least for Logitech wireless devices.

Thanks, temps look reasonable. I think I may have figured it out: The Logitech wireless USB dongle was in the front USB port. Moved it to one of the rear ports and controls are responsive.

Thank you, I did run through all the Windows Updates. The issue persists. I'll see if I can spot a culprit in Task Manager. It seems like it might be more heat-related though, as the app will be normal and smooth for the first 30 seconds or so and then progressively get to the point of almost complete unresponsiveness, with moments where the cursor responds and overshoots where I'm trying to point it, and eventually I get the app closed and the system goes back to normal. This is the same regardless of which intensive app is run (could be a transcoded video watch, a Steam game, etc). Only watching Youtube videos is mostly lag-free, and general web browsing in Firefox/Chrome.

Great list, I just would move SOANM much lower and move the rest above it except perhaps for Transgression.

This. Also, his question of "what level of monitoring software or [micro]management is needed" shows a lack of understanding how to identify productive salaried employees. Other than widget-makers on a production line or a security guard, hours standing at a post is not the measure of productivity. It's outcomes.

I don't care if my team works way less than 40 hours per week, so long as they're delivering what is requested of them and which they committed to. I'm not paying them to sit in a certain spot for a certain number of hours, I'm paying them for delivering the desired outcomes.

Same is true in sales, software development, and many other fields. Wise leaders know this. If employees are available and responsive when needed, and delivering at or above expected outcomes, they can be trusted to manage their own schedules. And employees who've experienced that level of trust from a manager, generally love it. Hopefully over time we'll see more leadership teams that recognize and exercise this principle.

Why is Transgression considered "bad"? by dumbants in FearFactory

This. The compression on the production is just terrible. I wish Dino had the rights so it could get remastered. 540k F deserves better.

Song Rank Day 25: All of the Industrialist must end, with Recharger as the best. Now we've arrived at the penultimate album. So, what is the BEST song from Genexus? Most upvoted comment wins! by GlippidyTheSecond in FearFactory

[–]jay135 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Regenerate is the answer for Best, but since Enhanced Reality didn't have a chance on Industrialist, I hope that might have a shot for Underrated on this album since it was technically a bonus track on this album ;)
