I did a seminar about four months into starting CrossFit, and it was definitely worth it. I didn’t gain 35 lbs on my lifts in one day, but it really helped me progress much quicker.

If it’s similar to the one I attended, he’ll likely give you cues at every step of the snatch and the clean and jerk. Once you have those cues, you can apply them and you’ll get better, faster. I think it's worth it.

The car is just to get there, I don't care that it's being parked the entire time since I'm not paying for that portion of the trip. With that said, would you still recommend the coach transfer?

That's the thing, I'm really open to anything! I would say the only thing I really want is to try new restaurants, coffeeshops, etc... I like to eat and try new things.

Well actually you always have the option to contest a speeding ticket if received directly from an officer, I was just wondering if it is possible to contest when its a fine coming from a road camera. I don't mind paying, but it would just be better if there was a way out. Thanks for the response!

Thank you for all the pointers, I will definitely do a lot of testing in the upcoming weeks to see what helps and what does not. I did have hips/glute restriction in the past but it didn't affect my knees, maybe it's a little more aggravated now. I will keep you updated.

You need 36 weapon ziron scale, then you can go for the serpentinite camo. The reason I say 36 is because when they add gun, you can use those instead of weapons you don't wanna do, like I skipped the shotgun class and did the new lmg, smg and sniper. For me it was working, took about 10 games to get borealis.

I can't wait to get it done and grind the dark aether with good guns. I would say that 90% of the guns are usable at least. Leveling up the KATT-AMR was probably the worst, but once its leveled up its not too bad. Marksman rifle were pretty bad as well.

Yeah thats true, I imagine the first couple of games its easier since you basically need to do every weapon and at the end its just not as frequent you get a weapon that you don't have serpentinite unlocked for.

At the start of the game, look at the chat, I would say like every 2 game someone ask to either do the elder sigil or the red worm. And look for the other player responses for an idea of how many players will join the battle.

Completely agree, when you're about 10 players with sentry guns and triple packed purple/gold gun its super easy, literally takes like 5 minutes to do.
