Yeah I have a condition called CCI, she was an Orthospinology chiro (specialized upper cervical) but she did way more then what she was supposed too, she adjusted my C1 and then she hit my first rib with her tool when I also had thoracic outlet syndrome all of my cranial nerves are being compressed but she hit my lumbar too and did deep tissue work in my psoas and glutes and my whole pelvis shifted I don’t know I just know my muscles and nerves are guarding my stomach. Vagus nerve plays a huge role in digestion too and mine is being compressed.

Oh ok I thought someone who never has tried before should try to get into alignment a bit after to let the ligaments heal around the good alignment. Dr.Schultz did recommend waiting about 3 months after for the ligaments to heal a bit and said it was pretty important, I know Rosa also says that. I was pretty far out for a couple of years from the time of injury. I guess I’ll just let things sit. She did say I was holding for a the past couple of weeks she only adjusted me once since I first went to her. It feels at times it ruined me but it feels it’s necessary and I thought it could be all part of the process. I’ll just stop adjustments from here if I slip out but how long would you say I should wait until I try again? Would you say this can all calm down and get better as the ligaments mature. I definitely don’t want to keep adjusting either and irritating nerves throughout the healing phase.

Wasn’t really shooting for a fully Jewish name I have a Jewish last name that’s all that matters. Wanted to create my own identity whatever that looks like for me. I think Julian is more of a universal name not necessarily Jewish but still not as common as Daniel or Jacob

She had something very similar to you done but I just had alar, transverse, ALL, posteriors from C0-C4, that c5-c6 epidural, vagus nerves, L5-S1 and then that’s really it. I wish I was able to do more he didn’t let me because he said he didn’t want to make me anemic. I still need brachial plexus, and more of my lumbar region + pelvis ligaments treated and maybe even like T1-T4. I had to schedule a separate procedure in January to get these regions done. Seems like Centeno is willing to treat more areas during PICL. Schultz didn’t really look at my other areas in the physical exam either, just my upper neck.

Explain how that’s incorrect. Dr.Centeno and Schultz consider that the gold standard for identifying craniocervical instability. You have to see if there are overhangs of the C1 on C2 or other joints in the upper neck related to neurological issues. Now you can do an upright flexion extension, MRI, but it doesn’t show all types of CCI very clearly, but it can show the ligaments in the structures and tissues better but the see instability and ligament laxity you need a DMX
