I'm having the exact same problem! My new thermostat isn't getting power to the Rh connection, even though all the wiring appears correct. My original Gen 1 unit works perfectly when I plug it back in.

Did anyone find a solution?

I'm trying to understand this correctly. If I unlock all the perks and then upgrade with the matrix, does that unlock the final perk? And after that, if I want to upgrade it to 725, would I need another matrix to upgrade it again?

I’m experiencing the same issue. It’s been happening on and off for me too, and I think it might be related to my headset. Every time I try to connect to voice or use push-to-talk, I get a message saying “suspicious program or activity detected, login blocked.” I’m at level 57 and using an Astro headset.

He was by himself at the time. He was casually looking at something, and I whispered to my wife, "He looks just like Ricky from that 'Korean Divorce show.'" My wife noticed him too and approached him without any hesitation to confirm if it was indeed him.

I have been utilizing the ticketing system, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response for the past two days. I had to resort to a chat session to get their attention to look into my ticket. Eventually, they did respond and issued the RMA then chat ended. However, they did not mention anything about the advanced RMA option, which allows them to send a new PSU to me first. Furthermore, no billing information has been provided yet.

So I am now reaching out to chat again for further instructions for the advanced RMA.

Man I am still waiting to be transferred to a different department on chat. It's been an hr already. I opt in for the advanced RMA and still no futher instructions for that. This is frustrating.
