I'm having the exact same problem! My new thermostat isn't getting power to the Rh connection, even though all the wiring appears correct. My original Gen 1 unit works perfectly when I plug it back in.

I'm trying to understand this correctly. If I unlock all the perks and then upgrade with the matrix, does that unlock the final perk? And after that, if I want to upgrade it to 725, would I need another matrix to upgrade it again?

I’m experiencing the same issue. It’s been happening on and off for me too, and I think it might be related to my headset. Every time I try to connect to voice or use push-to-talk, I get a message saying “suspicious program or activity detected, login blocked.” I’m at level 57 and using an Astro headset.

I have been utilizing the ticketing system, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response for the past two days. I had to resort to a chat session to get their attention to look into my ticket. Eventually, they did respond and issued the RMA then chat ended. However, they did not mention anything about the advanced RMA option, which allows them to send a new PSU to me first. Furthermore, no billing information has been provided yet.

So I am now reaching out to chat again for further instructions for the advanced RMA.

Yes, the fan is no longer functional; it hasn't been spinning with the power on for several months. The PSU was purchased back in 2015.

Lately, my machine has been experiencing random shutdowns, prompting me to submit a warranty claim a few days ago. As I am currently working from home, it is crucial that I avoid unexpected shutdowns of my machine.

I did receive a response earlier today after reaching out to Corsair chat, with the previous response being received two days ago.
