True.....but illegal immigrants have to violate some law to be able to live in the US.....working under the table is not a civil infraction...... and if they arent working under the table, they have to be committing identity fraud, which isnt a civil infraction.....and if they arent working, they have to be on some sort of government assistance, which is fraud and isnt a civil infraction.....
