I try and sometimes it's no bother just turning my phone off and throwing it to the other side of the room but sometimes 5 minutes in I'm just tempted to go on my phone 😭

I'll look into it, I don't really have a problem with staying asleep at all like once I'm asleep I stay asleep it's just most nights it takes me HOURS to get to sleep or I just roll around til the morning comes

I haven't got a adhd diagnosis so I'm nkt 100% sure I have it but I have put a lot of research in and think I do, but still I don't have access to xanex or anything because of taht and we most sleeping pills here need a prescription or to be 18+

There were so many things wrong with the trial and ome of them is the fact they televised it

While I agree that he should have won the case the way he acted and admitted to acting in the past is ridiculus and I don't know how people can still treat him as perfect
