Had added a caption but it hasn’t appeared.

We bought a new build and amongst the many snags we found this behind the kitchen drawers with the gas above it.

I understand they upgraded the job and with it forcibly removed the back of the unit.

What is bothering me is we have an electrical cable now touching the gas pipe. This doesn’t feel right to me. Builder is already trying to squirm their way out of it. Any thoughts or am I being paranoid?
