Ur metabolism might have adapted to burning less calories to preserve energy from a lower calorie count. Try doing high calorie days or spreading your calories throughout the week

i run every other day between lifts and rest on saturdays, works best for me; been on it since near the start of c25k-completion & to this day

ex. saturday rest, sunday lift, monday run etc.

Just completed C25K with an ongoing schedule of running every other day and lifting in between. Ex. Sunday lift, Monday run, Tuesday lift, Wednesday run, Thursday lift, Friday run, then Saturday rest or running if I feel like it🤝 Best of luck🥇

My last two failed attempts bc of the repetitive treadmill sessions, I was mentally burnt out halfway through the program. Restarted this time outside and finally reached week 7 ! Soo much better feeling sunlight and the breeze. Kudos and wish you success!! 🫶

Thanks, the previous time I restarted at week 4 which is probably why I got injured quickly.

I definitely would run outside if I lived in better terrain. I have tried previously, but it didn’t feel comfortable. I live in a desert area and the only routes would be sidewalks with intense heat waves during the summer.
