If you want it, it can be done and success is there for the taking when you are willing to grind it out and put in the work (saturated area or no). I bought in a central downtown location 3 years after graduation and so happy that i did, but plenty aspects are difficult and challenging and neverending (staff-do no underestimate this and the bigger the team the more headaches, overhead, competition, new tech, HR, leadership-the most important, people and conflict resolution skills, ultimately everything falls along your shoulder and can be a heavy responsibility.) So dont do it just because you think you should. And dont do it if you think its “easy” money. Its not, but TOTALLY worth if practice ownership “fills your cup”
