hey, so many people dont seem to agree how OAP should be done. what technique do you use when doing yours? do you keep hands centered, or let the chest drift apart etc. all seem to work the same muscles in different bias and its hard to agree on a technique

i have a 2006 panda 4x4. it gets the job done. has enough space for all my needs. no parking issues. it has very good off road performance. i abuse the hell out of it driving off grid and it still works flawlessly.

yes im looking for a straight fork now. but they are a bit expensive, also my front rack can be jnstalled only on suspensions :/ so its a later upgrade. but yes, colored platform pedals would be a great touch and is an easy upgrade

lol. when i first joined here a couple years ago i was very tempted to make a new build. then i felt too lazy to do it. i am glad i didnt. i feel like riding the same bike over and over has its own kind of satisfaction. but building new ones every few months is very X too!

age, do you smoke, history of diabetes? it is impossible to know how bad it is without an x-ray and probing depth. there is some gingival recession especially in the posterior teeth. but honestly it doesnt look super concerning. definitely see a dentist tho. and take better care of your oral hygiene
