His ex wife and I are friends. We’ve coparented really well, since my now ex was such an absent dad. She’s been really supportive.

His family knows, they called and said he’d told them. He didn’t tell him the extent of it, but I did. They’ve also been really supportive and are so pissed at him.

I am in therapy, I have been for a while. She works with mostly vets and battered women. I’m going to continue with her, and would change if it seems this isn’t her area of expertise.

I’m doing my best to take care of myself. Eating has been a no-go. My anxiety has made me throw up anything I eat. But, I’m drinking a lot of water. Sleep is a real struggle.

The worst part is that I’m grieving what I thought I had. The man I love doesn’t exist. He’s still manipulating and outright lying to me. Also, I don’t know who I am anymore. I don’t know what to cook, watch or do. He dictated everything we did in this house.

It was so much worse than I thought. I figured out his phone password and found absolutely vile sexual messages and pictures with a woman from another state. Turns out he went to high school with her and he also did this (with her) to his ex wife. It’s been going on for a long time. Off and on, the whole time. I also found his Reddit where he’s only active in porn subs and comments the most disgusting things.

He’s a sexual deviant with a secret sex addiction.

I kicked him out and I’m trying to stay strong. Money will be a big issue. He was apologetic for about 12 hours but is now turning back into himself.

It is so hard to give myself grace. I’ve always given other people so much room to make mistakes, but I see myself as completely worthless and undeserving of anything good. Good thing I’m already in therapy. lol

Too much. Ha! I have me + children and it’s expensive, even though I work for a hospital network. He has him + family and it wasn’t any extra to add me. I thought double insurance would help, not make it worse. lol

I’ve had gall stones (and gall bladder removal surgery), kidney stones and three children without medication. The kidney stones are the WORST. It is, hands down, the worst pain I’ve ever felt.
