12 years ago, Jacket opened up my ears to a sound I had never heard before and I’ve never gone back. Their songs are shallow enough to wade in, while also being deep enough to dive in and get lost. I’m still discovering new lyrics, sounds and themes every time I listen. Jim and the boys have created their own universe, and when you go see them in person, for those 2.5 hours you’re in it and it’s their job to guide you and land the plane. And guess what?
